First and most important is our desire to create for you a portrait which helps make you look your very best and also gently makes an expression of your character and personality. We will make every effort to totally please you. We truly want to create the finest portrait for you.

Careful planning is one of the main differences, which separates our work from that of other portrait photographers. We spend time with you before, during and after the photography, planning everything, to help you learn what clothing is most complimentary, how to use makeup most effectively, and what time of day is best for your portrait to be created. These are factors which combine to make your portrait truly outstanding! Our clients find this planning time very, very helpful. Careful planning is one of the main differences which sets us apart from our competition.

Of course, the major reason for the unique sensitivity of the portraits is Laura B. Jack and Vincent La Fata themselves. Their enthusiasm, sincerity and true desire to create a lasting portrait for you, can be found in very few photographic artists today. A word about our policies

Because of the great response to our style of photography, creation fees are prepaid to reserve the time required to plan and create your photographs. The creation fee is separate from the purchase price of your finished portraits, and assures you of your unique consultation service. Because we are creating a portrait just for you we do not allow personal camera to be used during our sessions. This creation fee is nonrefundable. In the event of poor weather conditions or bad hair days, we urge you to reschedule your session.

To aid in your selections, the originals will be presented at our studio and online. We will call you approximately 1-3 weeks after your portrait session to schedule an appointment to present your originals. You will be allowed to view these photographs in the comfort and convenience of your home for an agreed upon length of time (30 days).

Because of the many styles and prices of our portraits, we will assist you with your selections. This is a sizable investment for you and we want your decisions to be the correct ones!

Custom-made items are, regretfully, nonreturnable unless there is damage or a defect, in which case we will happily provide a replacement.

We ask that you pay 50 percent of the amount due at the time of your print order, with the balance due upon delivery. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us.
